Rice with a Chilean Flair

by Valentina Rojas
This vibrant Rice with a Chilean Flair features tender basmati rice topped with a refreshing, marinated vegetable medley. A simple yet flavorful combination of cucumber, tomatoes, cilantro, and lemon juice brings a bright, zesty contrast to the savory rice. It pairs wonderfully with curries or serves as a delightful standalone dish.
