  2. Pepper Elder: Wash the pepper elder with diluted lemon juice or vegetable washing water to remove any remaining seeds and dirt. Depending on your desire, you can chop lengthy vegetable stalks in half.

  5. To make the sauce, mix 5 tablespoons of filtered water, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and then gradually add the garlic and chile (optional) while stirring until you get the desired taste and smoothness.
