  2. Spaghetti: Fill a large saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Once the water is nearly boiling, add a generous amount of salt to the water. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions.
  3. Avocado: Halve 2 medium-sized avocados. Remove the seeds and scoop out the pulp with a spoon from the avocado halves. Chop the avocado into medium pieces.

  6. Using a blender, combine the avocado slices, 100ml coconut milk, and 100ml nut milk. Then purée the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency.

  8. Stir 1 tablespoon cooking oil and 1 teaspoon chopped garlic in a skillet over high heat until fragrant. Add oyster mushrooms and sauté until golden brown, then continue to add the avocado creamy sauce.
  9. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt to the mixture and stir well to combine the spices.
  10. Stir in the blanched spaghetti for a few minutes, then remove from the heat and transfer the dish to a platter.
