    Fusilli Pasta (or noodles…)

    almond, walnut, peanut, pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon
  • 4 tablespoon
    Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon
  • 1 teaspoon
    Vinegar (or Lemon juice)

    Chilies (crushed)

  1. PREPAIRATION : Wash bean sprouts, cucumber, carrot with cold water, let dry. Peel and julienne peel cucumber and carrot.
  2. Chop fried - tofu into thinly slides or bite-sized pieces. Blanch bean sprouts with hot water. Roast peanuts and then crush all the nuts.
  3. INSTRUCTIONS : Step 1: Cooking pasta Boil a large pot of water. Cook the pasta for about 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Then let it dry.
  4. Step 2: Making sauce Add all of the sauce ingredients including 1 tablespoon sugar, 4 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoon water, 1 teaspoon vinegar and 2 crushed chilies to a small bowl. Mix together all of it.
  5. Step 3: Finishing Put pasta in a dish, add fried-tofu, cucumber, carrot and blanched bean sprouts to it. Sprinkle crushed nuts on the top.
  6. When eating, pour the sauce into this dish and mix all the ingredients well.
