Sandra is a state registered dietician working as a Diabetes specialist at Dorchester General Hospital. She is also the nutrition advisor for the UK Vegan Society and was the co-organiser for the first ever half marathon for vegetarians and vegans in 1986. Sandra has been vegan since 1978.
