  1. PREPARATION
  2. Remove kernels from the cob: Take the end of a spoon and pierce it in between the corn line and remove one of the lines of corn.
  3. Then using your thumb to push the other line of corn in the direction of the line of corn that you have removed. You will see that the corn is coming out very easily.
  4. Tomato: Slit diagonally across the skin like shown.
  5. INSTRUCTIONS
  6. In a rice cooker, combine 1 cup rice and 350ml of water. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt to enhance the taste. Next, add glutinous corn kernels, carrots, and place the tomato right in the middle of the cooker.
  7. Then, start cooking in the rice cooker. When the rice has finished cooking, the rice cooker automatically switches to 'keep warm' mode (after approx 15 minutes). Allow the rice to stand with the lid closed for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Finally, combine the tomatoes and rice. Serve with coriander, freshly ground pepper, and toasted sesame seeds on top.
