  1. PREPAIRATION
  2. Chop the tofu into slices.
  3. Remove the seeds of the cucumber, cut the cucumber into small pieces.
  4. Citrus wedge the Indian jujube into pieces.
  5. Peel off the ginger, garlic, and shallot, cut into small pieces.
  6. Chop lemongrass into small pieces.
  7. INSTRUCTIONS
  8. Step 1: Cooking, frying the tofu
  9. Divide the amount of tofu into two parts. One for cook and the other for fry.
  10. Spread out the oil absorbent paper into the air fryer. Add tofu and fry for minutes until they transfer to yellow color.

  13. Add spicy chili, chili pepper, ginger, garlic, shallot, lemongrass, lemon juice, and four tablespoons of sugar to the blender. Blend until smooth and pour the mixture into the bowl.
  14. Combine one tablespoon of chili powder, three tablespoons of chili sauce, six tablespoons of water, and one tablespoon of salt into the mixture, stir well.
  15. Step 3: Finishing
  16. In the other bowl, combine cucumber, Indian jujube, Vietnamese coriander, and fried tofu. Pour the Thai sauce into and gently mix for the sauce can cover all the ingredients.
  17. Serve the steamed tofu on the plate, pour the sauce on it. Add the mixture prepare to the middle.
