  1. PREPAIRATION
  2. Chop the baby corn and coriander into small pieces.
  3. Julienne the king oyster mushrooms and wood-ear mushrooms.
  4. Combine one tablespoon of cornstarch and 50 milliliters of water in the cup, stir well.
  5. INSTRUCTIONS
  6. Step 1: Making the sauce
  7. Combine three tablespoons of soy sauce, one tablespoon of sugar, and ½ teaspoon of salt into the cup.
  8. Gently mix until the sugar and salt dissolve.
  9. Step 2: Cooking the tofu and the soup
  10. Steam the silken tofu in the autoclaves for minutes to hot the tofu.
  11. Pour olive oil into the saucepan, heat with the medium. Combine king oyster mushrooms, green peas, wood-ear mushrooms, and baby corn into the oil, and then add the sauce.
  12. Pour 500 milliliters of water into the soup, stir and boil it.
  13. Step 3: Finishing
  14. When the soup boil, add the cornstarch mixture, gently stir and adjust the temperature low down.
  15. Take out the silken tofu. Using the spoon, put the tofu in the cup.
  16. Turn off the heat and pour the hot soup on top of the tofu. Add coriander, some drops of fragrance sesame oil, and ground pepper to the soup. And the Vegan Tofu Soup is complete.
