  1. PREPARATION
  2. Tofu: Chop the tofu into bite-sized cubes and put them on the paper towel. Then cover with another triple layer of paper towel and press down with your hands onto the tofu to release the moisture. You can press tofu so that more of the water is released.
  3. INSTRUCTIONS
  4. Step 1: Fried Tofu : Coat the tofu cubes with 100 grams of cornstarch.
  5. Fry the tofu cubes in a little cooking oil in a hot skillet until golden brown all over.
  6. Step 2: Cooking Add 150 grams of shiitake mushrooms and stir for 2 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender.
  7. Next, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, stir frying ginger and minced chili for a few minutes, or until the ginger is fragrant.
  8. Combine everything and season with 50ml water, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
  9. Cook for another 3 minutes, or until the mixture thickens, before turning off the heat.
