  2. Wash bean sprout, coriander, bok choy, carrot, oyster mushroom with cold water, let dry.
  3. Cook the bok choy.
  4. Julienne oyster mushroom and carrots.

  7. Boil a water pot, cook the noodles until they are ripe enough. Drain and rinse with water.
  8. Stir-fry bean sprout, carrot, and abalone mushroom in the pan marinate with a little bit of salt.

  10. Combine two tablespoons of peanut butter, four tablespoons of soy sauce, ½ teaspoon of salt, 80 milliliters of water, two cloves of garlic, and one lemon slice to the blender. Blend them well until smooth.
