  1. PREPAIRATION
  2. Cross-cut the shiitake mushrooms.
  3. Chop into pieces the asparagus and celery. Chop the carrot into thin slices.
  4. Crush the ginger. Chop the bell pepper into square pieces.
  5. Poach asparagus and carrot for minutes. Drain and soak them in iced water to keep their color and crispness.
  6. Mix one tablespoon of cornstarch and 30 milliliters of water in the cup.
  7. INSTRUCTIONS
  8. Step 1: Making the stir-fry sauce
  9. Combine two tablespoons of soy sauce, one tablespoon of chili sauce, one tablespoon of vegetarian oyster sauce, one teaspoon of sugar, and ½ teaspoon of salt into the small bowl.
  10. Add ground pepper and 50 milliliters of water to the sauce, stir well.
  11. Step 2: Stir-frying the ingredients
  12. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, add crushed ginger, and stir until it has a fragrant scent. Combine shiitake mushrooms and mini king oyster mushrooms into the oil, pour the stir-fry sauce over and add ½ cup of water to the mixture.
  13. Gently stir and then add asparagus, carrots, bell pepper, cook for minutes. Pour the cornstarch mixture into the pan, boil until the sauce is thicker, and seep into the ingredients. And then turn off the heat.
  14. Step 3: Finishing
  15. Spread the kitchen foil on the bowl surface, pour the stir-fried mixture into the bowl. Add celery, ground pepper, and some drops of sesame oil on top and pack them in the kitchen foil.
  16. Put the cast iron skillet on the stove, turn the heat on for about 2-3 minutes. Get off the skillet and put it on the chopping board.
