  1. PREPARATION : Tofu: Drain the water and place them into a dish. Then cut the tofu diagonally, the cuts allow the sauce seep into the tofu.
  2. Mushroom: Rinse and drain before thinly slicing them.
  3. Chilli: Slice a chilli into rings with a knife.
  4. Ginger: Peel off the skin, then rinse and string slice it. Place all of the ingredients listed above in the same tofu dish.
  5. INSTRUCTIONS : Step 1: Make the Sauce Combine finely chopped leek, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon chili sauce, a few drops of sesame oil, a pinch of pepper, and roasted sesame in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly combined and smooth.
  6. Step 2: Steaming Then, after the sauce has been fully dissolved, pour the sauce mixture over the prepared tofu dish, and steam it for 15 minutes.
  7. Step 3: Finished After the tofu has been cooked, take it from the steamer and decorate with a few coriander sprigs at the end.
