  2. Banana: Take a ripe banana that is yellow in hue. Bananas should be peeled before cooking. Lay the peeled banana on its side on the cutting board.
  3. Slice the banana crosswise with a sharp fruit knife. By cutting at larger or smaller spacings, the thickness of the slice can be adjusted.
  5. Step 1: Soak the Banana and Melt Sugar
  6. In a bowl, combine sliced bananas and 20 grams of yellow sugar. Following that, bring 220ml of water and 60 grams of palm sugar to a boil until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  7. Then remove the pan from the heat and let the sugar liquid to cool for a few minutes. While they are still warm, whisk together 190 grams tapioca starch and 10 grams rice flour.
  8. After that, combine the soaked banana and flour mixture and pour into the mold. Leave a few sliced bananas on top for decoration, and our cake is now ready to steam.
