    cup of King Mandarin Juice (about 1 fruit)

    Valencia Orange (cut into bite-sized pieces)

    cup of King Mandarin Juice

    tablespoons Sugar
  • 1
    tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1
    tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/3
    teaspoon Salt

  2. Orange Dressing: To make the orange dressing, combine 1/4 cup of king mandarin juice with 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/3 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and a sprinkle of freshly ground pepper, then toss them well.
  3. Depending on whether you like a sour or a sweet orange, you may adjust the quantity of sugar in the recipe to suit your tastes.
  5. Step 1: Sauté the Mushrooms
  6. Place the pan on the fire and heat the oil over high heat until sizzling. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  7. Add in the pre-prepared mushrooms and stir-fry rapidly to avoid the mushrooms getting watery. Season with a little of salt and pepper to make it taste better.
