    tablespoons Chili Sauce

  • 1/2
    teaspoon Salt

  2. Tomato Sauce: To make it easier to grind or puree, put 2 tomatoes in a blender with a little water. Slice the remainder of the tomatoes.
  3. Add the following seasonings to the pureed tomato: 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons chili sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

  6. Preheat a pan and add a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the mushrooms to the heated oil and sauté until golden brown. Then, to the pan, add tomato slices, tomato puree, and white tofu.
  7. Step 2: Finish and Serve
  8. Simmer over medium heat until the tomato sauce is completely drained, then remove the pan from the heat.
  9. Season with ground pepper and coriander, and serve with bread or hot rice.
