  1. PREPARATION
  2. The Mushrooms: Cut the mushrooms into bite-size pieces and place them in a mixing bowl. Marinate with 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 2 teaspoons chili sauce, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon five spice powder, and a sprinkling of pepper, then mix well
  3. INSTRUCTIONS
  4. Step 1: Sauté the Mushrooms
  5. In a saucepan, heat a little oil and add the leeks, lemongrass stalks, and chile peppers. Sauté for a few minutes, or until aromatic. Continue sautéing the seasoned mushrooms for a further 5 minutes over medium heat.
