Method

  1. PREPARATION Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Rinse and drain the mushrooms before removing the base and shredded them into bite-size pieces.
  2. Cut seaweed leaves into small pieces. Crushed and chopped the lemongrass.
  3. Rinse and drain the veggies, especially the banana flowers, thinly slice and soak them in water with a little lemon juice to avoid discoloration.
  4. INSTRUCTIONS : Step 1: Preprocessing Stir-fry till the tomatoes are rare in a little oil, then add the oyster mushrooms and seaweed.
  5. For taste, combine 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon vegan seasoning powder. Then pour in 1 liter of filtered water and 1 teaspoon of crushed lemongrass.
  6. Step 2: Make the Vegan Broth After the broth has been simmering for 10 minutes, add the enoki mushrooms. Add 1 tablespoon of vegan spice powder to the pot to make the meal more flavorful.
  7. Step 3: Finished Prepare the vermicelli in a rice bowl and pour the broth over it. Sprinkle with pepper to taste, then top with coriander, cilantro and Vietnamese coriander.
