PREPARATION Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Rinse and drain the mushrooms before removing the base and shredded them into bite-size pieces.

Cut seaweed leaves into small pieces. Crushed and chopped the lemongrass.

Rinse and drain the veggies, especially the banana flowers, thinly slice and soak them in water with a little lemon juice to avoid discoloration.

INSTRUCTIONS : Step 1: Preprocessing Stir-fry till the tomatoes are rare in a little oil, then add the oyster mushrooms and seaweed.

For taste, combine 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon vegan seasoning powder. Then pour in 1 liter of filtered water and 1 teaspoon of crushed lemongrass.
