  2. Stir-fry the filling: Heat the oil over high heat and add the king oyster mushrooms and oyster mushrooms, stirring to combine with the sliced onions. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mash the Potatoes: Place potatoes in large saucepan; add enough water to cover. Add 3/4 teaspoon of the salt. Bring to a boil.
