  1. PREPAIRATION : Wash all the vegetables with cold water, then let dry.
  2. Dice carrots and potatoes.
  3. Dehusk ½ of a corn.
  4. INSTRUCTIONS : Step 1: Making soy milk mayonnaise: Measure the vegetable oil and soy milk. Blend 100 milliliter soy milk with 300 milliliter vegetable oil until the mixture is thick. Pour it in a small bowl.
  5. Step 2: Poaching vegetables Boil a large pot of salty water. It is important to add a generous amount of salt to the cooking water.
  6. By salting the water, the flavor of ingredients comes out like excellent taste. Poach potato, carrot, green peas and corn until ripe.
  7. Drain and blanch in ice water to keep it crisp.
