  1. PREPARATION
  2. Wash mushrooms, cucumber, apple, orange, and vegetables with cold water, let dry.
  3. Cut off the base of mushrooms and vegetables. Cut mushrooms into thick slices.
  4. Cut the apple, cucumber into thin slices. Crush the chili pepper.
  5. Squeeze orange and remove the seeds.

  7. Step 1: Making the orange sauce
  8. Choose the orange that has a sour flavor, not too sweet.
  9. Combine three teaspoons of sugar and ½ teaspoons of salt to the orange juice, stir well. Add crushed chili pepper to the sauce, gently stir. And the orange sauce is complete.
