  1. PREPAIRATION
  2. Chop the bok choy into small pieces.
  3. Julienne the ginger into pieces.
  4. Chop the shiitake mushroom into thin slices.
  5. Tear the abalone mushroom to pieces.
  6. INSTRUCTIONS
  7. Step 1: Making the frying sauce
  8. Combine crushed ginger, three tablespoons of soy sauce, one teaspoon of sugar, one teaspoon of vinegar, one tablespoon of vegetarian oyster sauce into the small bowl.
  9. Mix well until the sugar dissolves.
  10. Step 2: Frying the ginger and stir-frying the mushrooms
  11. Pour a little bit of vegetable oil into the pan, add julienned ginger to it. Fry until the ginger transfer to yellow color and smell good. Drain the ginger and put it into the cup.
