  1. PREPARATION
  2. Red Cabbage: Discard any rough or rotten outer layers of cabbage. Next, cut the cabbage in half through the stem. Then quarter the cabbage and cut off the root diagonally. Finally, thinly slice the cabbage.
  3. Onion: Slice the onion into thin slices. If find raw onion to be very strong, soak the onion in a bowl of cold water for about 20 minutes to lessen the intensity.

  6. Prepare the dressing by whisking together all of the ingredients in a small mixing bowl until smooth, then set them aside.
