VEGAN PAPAYA SALAD

Shredding the Papaya: Cut off the green papaya at the ends. Peel the dark green skin using a vegetable peeler. Use a julienne peeler to shred the papaya.

Chili Pepper: Cut in half, then slice one half into fine strips and mince the other.

STEP 1: Prepare the Dressing : Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the vegetable components, which include green papaya, carrots, peppers, mushrooms, and basil.

STEP 2: Toss the Salad : Pour in the dressing that has been marinating for a few minutes and toss to coat the veggies with it. After that, top your dish with roasted peanuts, sandwiches, and fried onions.
