  2. Peel off beetroot, carrot, ginger. Cut off the base of the mushroom.
  3. Wash vegetables with cold water, soak the mushrooms in salty water for minutes, and rinse with cold water.
  4. Dice the beetroot, broccoli, shiitake mushrooms, and carrot into small pieces.
  5. Crush the ginger.
  7. Step 1: Cooking the rice and beetroot
  8. Combine one cup of rice, 1.5 cups of water into the rice cooker. Add diced beetroot to the mixture and stir well.
  9. Turn on the rice cooker and cook like normal.
