  1. PREPAIRATION
  2. Peel off beetroot, carrot, ginger. Cut off the base of the mushroom.
  3. Wash vegetables with cold water, soak the mushrooms in salty water for minutes, and rinse with cold water.
  4. Dice the beetroot, broccoli, shiitake mushrooms, and carrot into small pieces.
  5. Crush the ginger.
