  2. Peel off the potatoes, wash with cold water and cut into pieces.
  3. Cut the cucumber into quarters and then cut off the middle along the length of the cucumber.
  5. Step 1: Making the vegan mayonnaise
  6. Steam 70 grams of potatoes in the pot until they were ripe. Put potatoes in the bowl and finely ground when still hot.
  7. Add finely ground potatoes, 50 milliliters of soy milk, ½ teaspoons of salt, one tablespoon of apple vinegar, and one tablespoon of olive oil in the blender. Press the power button and blend until all the ingredients are smooth.
