  1. PREPAIRATION
  2. Chop the shiitake mushroom into small pieces.
  3. Chop one tomato into slices and crush the left one.
  4. Peel off the garlic and crush it.
  5. INSTRUCTIONS
  6. Step 1: Making the braising sauce
  7. Combine three teaspoons of soy sauce, two teaspoons of chili sauce, one teaspoon of sugar, and ⅓ teaspoon of salt into a small bowl.
  8. Mix well until the sugar and the salt dissolve.
  9. Step 2: Braising the tomato
  10. Pour the vegetable oil into the pot. Add crushed garlic, stir until it has a fragrant scent, and transfer to yellow color.
  11. Add crushed tomato to the pot, stir-fry for 1 minute, and then add ½ cup of water.
  12. Step 3: Finishing
  13. Pour the braising sauce into the tomato, add shiitake mushroom and tomato slices and stir. Cook the mixture until the sauce is thicker.
  14. Turn off the heat, add pepper and chili pepper. And the Vegan Mushroom with Tomato Sauce is complete.
