VEGAN GUAVA SALAD
Salad has long been a familiar dish in every Vietnamese home. From North to South, simple but exquisite salads are widely accessible. However, each region will have its unique specialty salads that are unavailable elsewhere. And, although vegetarian cuisine does not need sophisticated ingredients or extensive processing, these affordable vegetarian salads continue to appeal to Vietnamese food lovers.
Guava fruit, with its rustic and simple flavor evocative of the Vietnamese countryside, is used in a range of dishes in Vietnamese cuisine and flavor stands out for its worth. The light sour taste pairs well with the sweet and sour sauce, spicy combination, and herbs, basil, laksa leaves, and peanuts to create a fascinating mixture.
