    Fried-tofu (julienned)

    Twigs of Basil (cut into small pieces)

    teaspoon Sugar

Method

  1. PREPAIRATION : Cut green beans in half, wash them with cold water, let dry.
  2. Jullienne fried-tofu into bite-size pieces.
  3. Crush roasted peanuts.
  4. Wash basil leaves, let dry, and then cut into small pieces.
  5. INSTRUCTIONS : Step 1: Cooking vegetables Cook green beans with salted boiling water until barely tender and bright green for about 2-3 minutes. Then drain and transfer to a bowl of ice water to keep them crisp.
  6. Boil a large pot of water, cook corn kernels until ripe. Drain and let cool.
  7. Step 2: Making sauce Add ½ cup of crushed roasted peanuts, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1 lemon slice to a small bowl, whisk all of them.
  8. Step 3: Finishing In a big bowl, add green beans, corn, julienned fried tofu, and basil leaves. Pour mixing sauce into this bowl, gently toss.
  9. Serve the salad on the plate with some roasted peanuts and basil leaves. And Vegan Green Beans Salad is already complete.
