  2. Gourd: Take the gourd and cut off the edges, then peel the skin of the gourd with a peeler. Next, cut the gourd into bite-sized pieces, boil until just cooked, then remove the sponge texture inside.
  3. Lotus seeds and Peas: Bring them to a soft boil, then mix them with cooked rice. Then, stuff the rice in the middle of the gourd and set it aside.
