  1. PREPAIRATION
  2. Peel off the garlic, shallot, and crush them into small pieces.
  3. Chop lemongrass into pieces and crush them.
  4. Chop the chili pepper into pieces.
  5. INSTRUCTIONS
  6. Step 1: Making Non-spicy Shacha sauce
  7. Heat one cup of vegetable oil in the pan, add crushed garlic, crushed shallot to it. And then add crushed lemongrass to the pan. Marinate with two teaspoons of salt and gently stir.
  8. Stir-fry the mixture until its transfers to the yellow color and smell good.
  9. Let cool and put the Shacha sauce in the jar.
  10. Step 2: Frying tofu
  11. Heat vegetable oil in the pan, add two tofu to it. Fry and flip the other side of tofu with medium heat. Fry tofu until they transfer to yellow color on every side.
  12. Put out the tofu and put it on the oil absorbent paper to reduce the oil amount.
  13. Step 3: Finishing
  14. Combine three teaspoons of soy sauce, one teaspoon of chili sauce, ½ teaspoon of sugar, chopped chili pepper, and two tablespoons of non-spicy Shacha sauce in the small bowl. Stir until they blend. And the Shacha sauce is ready.
  15. Put fried tofu on the plate, spread out the Shacha sauce on top of tofu. And the Vegan Fried Tofu with Shacha Sauce is complete.
