  2. Cut tofu into thick slices and then crossing-cut tofu to the sauce seep into it easily.
  3. Wash green pepper and green chilies with cold water. And then let dry.
  4. Peel off onion, garlic, and ginger. Cut them into small pieces.
  6. Step 1: Making marinating tofu mixture
  7. Add onion, garlic, ginger, green pepper, green chilies to the blender. Add one tablespoon vegetable oil, one teaspoon sugar, and one teaspoon salt to the mixture. Blend well until all the ingredients are puree.
  8. Separate the mixture into two parts, one for dipping sauce and another for marinating tofu.
  9. Step 2: Frying tofu
  10. Combine tofu with one part of the mixture we have separated. Gently mix to make the mixture seep into the tofu. Let it for about 10 minutes.
  11. Heat vegetable oil in the pan with low heat. When the oil is heated, add the tofu, fry, and flip the other sides until its transfers to the yellow color and smells good.
  12. Step 3: Finishing
  13. Drain and put the fried tofu on the plate with oil absorbent paper. And then let make the dipping sauce.
  14. Add three tablespoons of lemon juice, three tablespoons of water, one point five tablespoons of sugar, and a little bit of salt to the small bowl, mix them well.
