  1. PREPAIRATION
  2. Wash oyster mushrooms, taro, cucumber, raw vegetables with cold water, then let dry.
  3. Crush peanuts.
  4. Jullienne fried tofu and taro.
  5. Batonnet cucumber into small pieces.
  6. INSTRUCTIONS
  7. Step 1: Frying seaweed : Add vegetable oil to the pan and put it on the stove. Turn the heat on, deep-fried julienned taro in oil until crisp.
