  1. PREPAIRATION
  2. Peel off the garlic and chop it into small pieces.
  3. Crush the tofu.
  4. Chop roasted cashew into small pieces.
  5. INSTRUCTIONS
  6. Step 1: Frying the tofu with curcumin powder
  7. Pour the vegetable oil into the pan, add chopped garlic. Stir the garlic until they transfer to yellow color and has a fragrant scent.
  8. Add tofu to the pan, and then add ½ tablespoon of curcumin powder. Gently stir for the curcumin powder cover all the tofu.
  9. Step 2: Adding other ingredients
  10. Combine 10 grams of boiled peanut, 10 grams of boiled green pea, 10 grams of lotus seed, and 10 grams of corn into the tofu. Marinate with ½ teaspoon of salt.
