  1. PREPAIRATION
  2. Wash eggplant, bell peppers, leek, coriander with the cold water, let dry.
  3. Cut eggplant into thick slices along the length.
  4. Cut bell pepper, coriander, leek, and tofu into small pieces.
  5. Cut off the base of shiitake mushrooms and soak in the salty water. Wash with cold water and cut into small pieces.
