  2. King Oyster Mushrooms: Slice rounds out of the king oyster mushrooms; the caps will be finely chopped.

  4. Mix the Filling: Combine the mashed tofu, king oyster mushroom cap, oyster mushroom, sliced carrot, and cilantro in a large bowl, then season with 1 tablespoon tapioca, 1 tablespoon vegetarian seasoning, and ground pepper.
