    box of Extra-firm Tofu
  • 1
    pack of Crispy Fried Powder Mix
  • 3
    tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1
    tablespoon Chili Sauce
  • 1
    small slice of Lime (squeezed)
  • 1/2
    teaspoon Sugar
  • 1
    sprig of Cilantro (minced)
  • 1
    Chili (minced)

  2. Tofu: Chop the tofu into bite-sized cubes and put them on the paper towel. Then cover with another triple layer of paper towel and press down with your hands onto the tofu to release the moisture. You can press tofu so that more of the water is released.
  4. Step 1: Coating the Tofu : To chop the tofu into bite-sized cubes, slice it gently with a knife. Toss in two tablespoons of crispy fried powder until the tofu cubes are well coated.
  5. Step 2: Making the Sauce Mix in a small mixing bowl 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon chili sauce, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, and 1 small slice of lemon, also with cilantro and 1 minced chili until the ingredients are completely dissolved.
  6. Step 3: Finish Fry the tofu in a skillet over medium heat until it is golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes overall time.
  7. Place the tofu in a mixing bowl and toss in the soy sauce until well combined.
