  2. Peel off small taro and ginger, wash them with cold water. Chop small taro into small pieces and julienne the ginger.
  3. Cut off the base of straw mushrooms, soak with salty water, and wash with cold water. Cut straw mushrooms into thin slices.
  4. Wash the coriander and cut it into small butches.
