4teaspoons Soy Sauce

1teaspoon Chili Sauce

PREPARATION : Tofu: Cut the tofu into small bars, but you can optional to cut it however way you want.

Sauce: Combine 4 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon chili sauce, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 60ml of filtered water in a mixing bowl until completely mixed and smooth.

INSTRUCTIONS : Step 1: Braising Heat the sauce and ground seaweed in a saucepan over medium heat.

Allow the flavors to combine by heating the mixture over low heat for a few minutes.

Step 2: Finished : When the sauce has thickened and the tofu has been lightly flavored, remove the saucepan from the heat and season with roasted sesame and hot chili, if preferred.
