  2. Preparing the braising sauce beforehand: In a large mixing bowl, combine 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon chili sauce, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper, stirring well.

  5. Turn on the heat and warm the pot, then add the cooking oil and sauté the onion and minced lemongrass until fragrant and golden, then add the mushrooms and stir-fry until tender.
