  1. PREPARATION : Tomato and Cilantro: Finely chop 1 medium tomato and cilantro. You will need ⅓ to ½ cup chopped tomatoes, 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro.
  2. Avocado: Halve 2 medium-sized avocados. Remove the seeds and scoop out the pulp with a spoon from the avocado halves.
  3. Chop the avocado pulp. If you do not want to chop the avocado, then just the avocado pulp in the bowl. Mash and mix everything together.
  4. INSTRUCTIONS : Step 1: Making Avocado Salad Combine ⅓ to ½ cup chopped tomatoes, 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro, mashed avocado, and ½ cup sliced almonds in a large mixing bowl until everything is thoroughly mixed.
