  3. Chop cabbage into small pieces.
  5. Step 1: Making takoyaki flour
  6. Combine 100 grams of wheat flour, 250 milliliters of coconut milk, and a little salt into the bowl.
  7. Stir well and add corn kernel, chopped cabbage.
  8. Step 2: Making the takoyaki filling
  9. Salty filling: Stir-fry tofu and mushrooms in the pan, marinate with a bit of salt or vegetarian broth mix. Add ground pepper to the mixture and pour into the other bowl.
  10. Sweet filling: Use one of all ingredients: peanut butter, tubers, crushed beans, fruit jam, fresh fruit, chocolate, etc. Chop or crush them into small pieces.
  11. Step 3: Frying the takoyaki
  12. Pour the flour mixture into the takoyaki pan, and use two skewers to shape the cake.
  13. Add the filling mixture in the middle of the takoyaki and use a skewer to flip the other side. Fry until ripe and transfer to the golden brown color.
  14. Put the takoyaki on the plate, serve with chili sauce and julienned seaweed. And the Takoyaki Vegan Version is complete.
