    oyster mushrooms
  • 40 g
    grated coconut
  • 1 tbsp
    cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp
    tamarind water
  • 100 ml
    coconut water
  • 2 tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp
    sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
  • Softened
    Seasoning :
  • 1 tsp
    roasted coriander
  • 1 slice
  • 1
    bay leaf
  • 1 lb
    of lime leaves

  1. Wash the oyster mushrooms by flushing them with running water, after they are clean then squeezed and shredded in width. set aside.
  2. heat the pan, add shredded mushrooms, fry until both sides of the mushrooms change color and dry.
  3. add the ground spices and tamarind water, stir fry for a while then add coconut water, stir well and cook until it boils.
  4. add grated coconut, stir until smooth until the water is reduced, then add brown sugar, sweet soy sauce and salt. Stir gently so that the mushrooms, coconut and spices are evenly distributed.
  5. cook until you smell the aroma of serundenn, remove from heat and then let it cool slightly and then stab it with a skewer. avoid.
  6. Oyster mushroom ingredients can be replaced with ear mushrooms, straw mushrooms, tofu, wrought etc…
  7. If you like spicy, you can add chilies in the crushed spices...
