  2. Make the Tofu Marinade: Prepare a tofu marinade by adding minced lemongrass and seasoning with 1/2 teaspoon salt.

  5. Spread the fermented bean curd evenly around the tofu's sides, then slit the tofu's surface and fill it with the lemongrass mixture.
