Loving Sugar-free “Beijinho”

Raw version of “beijinho”, traditionally made with ultra-processed ingredients. Besides of using only whole foods, it is very easy and quick to prepare. I suggest to consume in moderation, as healthy foods are not to be eaten in bulk.

Wash very well the almonds and walnuts and allow them to dry completely before using.

Mix all the ingredients in a food processor.

Shape dough into 1-inch balls and press each ball into the grated coconut until it sticks to all sides
