Raw version of “beijinho”, traditionally made with ultra-processed ingredients. Besides of using only whole foods, it is very easy and quick to prepare. I suggest to consume in moderation, as healthy foods are not to be eaten in bulk.

Ingredients for approximately 40 units Servings

  • 100 grams
    almonds
  • 100 grams
    walnuts
  • 100 grams
    coconut flakes
  • 100 grams
    sultanas
  • ¼ tsp
    natural vanilla extract
  • Grated coconut for garnishing

Method

  1. Wash very well the almonds and walnuts and allow them to dry completely before using.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a food processor.
  3. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and press each ball into the grated coconut until it sticks to all sides
  4. Bon appetit
