    dried Shiitake Mushroom
  • 20 grams
    Sesame (roasted)
  • 1 tablespoon
  • 1 cup
    Filtered Water
  • 4 tablespoons
    Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon
    Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons
    Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon
  • 1/2 teaspoon

  1. PREPARATION : Soak the dried Shiitake mushrooms in warm water for 20 minutes until they are soft. Then cut off the base, drain and mince.
  2. Rinse and drain the green beans, then line them up and trim off the ends.
  3. INSTRUCTIONS Step 1: Boiled green beans Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil over high heat, then reduce to a simmer over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the beans and simmer for 4-6 minutes or until tender. Drain the water from the beans, then place them on a dish.
  5. Step 2: Make the Mushroom Sauce In a mixing bowl, combine 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1 cup water, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon vegetarian oyster sauce, 2 teaspoons chili sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  6. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the minced Shiitake mushrooms and sauté for a few minutes. Then, simmer the sauce over medium heat until it thickens.
  7. Step 3: Finished Remove the mushrooms from the heat.
  8. Then serve the green beans covered in the mushroom sauce. Finish the dish with a bit of chopped spicy chili, ground pepper, and roasted sesame seeds.
