Method
-
For the Biscuits:
-
Cream the sugar and margarine together and add the flavour of your choice.
-
Fold in the flour and bring together as a dough, but don’t overwork.
-
Wrap and place into the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
-
When the dough has chilled, carefully roll out your dough on a lightly floured surface and cut out your biscuits to the shape of your choice. Bake on a lined tray, in a pre-heated oven 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4 for 12 -15 minutes.
-
When the biscuits are fully cooled, use a tube of ready-made icing to create patterns and words. A decorated biscuit with an individual message can bring a little joy to the day.
-
For the Chololate Pots
-
Blend all the ingredients together. Divide between 4 small glasses or pots and serve with the individually iced biscuits. Can be chilled before serving. Enjoy.
