Hot Artichoke Dip

You can also make hot artichoke dip without the mayonnaise and cheese.
It's delicious and honestly, practically as inspirational to eat, but not as decadent.

  • 1 15 oz can artichoke hearts
  • a couple of TBsps Grape Seed Oil
    (this is even lower in saturated fat than Olive oil)
  • About four tablespoons lemon juice.
Put all into a food processor or blender until smooth.

Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.

Serve with corn chips. Yum!
