- uncooked penne pasta
- 6 tomatoes -- peeled & chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Cook tomatoes in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring gently,
