Veggie Spaghetti Sauce

Sautee onion (w/ garlic if desired.)
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 large can peeled, crushed tomatoes
- 1 large can tomato sauce (not spag. sauce)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tsp. salt
- basil, oregano, and garlic to taste
Pour into very large pot.
Pour in cans of tomatoes.
Add sugar, salt, and spices.
Simmer on LOWEST heat possible for 1 hour.
(High heat will burn it.)
Pour over warm pasta and enjoy!!
Serves: 10-20. Preparation time: 1 hour
